Summertime indoor entertainment is not something we take lightly, and neither should you. Unless you want to die from boredom.

Let Sears Outlet Be Your Outlet to 4th of July Fun

I grew up in what some would call a small town. Every 4th, we’d all make our way over to the high school’s football stadium for the fireworks. The fireworks themselves were never as good as we had hoped, but it was fun to see everyone—tanned and carefree, wearing the summer well. I always looked forward to those nights.

Giants Don’t Know How to be Small

The Giants have a giant reputation to uphold—they are the team that has won the most games in the history of baseball.  But Giants fans expect nothing less from their beloved team.

A team with such a name requires players with stature and talent that make them worthy of wearing the logo, and that’s exactly what the Giants have always had.  Bobby Thomson’s infamous game-winning home run in 1951 is known as the “shot heard around the world.”  Tim Limcecum has won the last two Cy Young Awards—an honor given to the best pitchers in Major League Baseball.  And everyone knows Barry Bonds.  His baseball accomplishments have landed him among the greatest baseball players of all time.

But the Giants need fans that are just as massive in their support as the Giants are on

Back Your Boys in Blue

Like a mother bear, it’s hard not to love the Chicago cubs.  Based in a city with two Major League baseball teams, Cubs fans work doubly hard to support their favorite team.  The team rivalry is so prevalent, if you don’t have an answer to the ever-popular question, “Cubs or Sox?” then you’re obviously not from Chicago.

The Cubbies do have something going for them that most teams don’t these days: a home field rich in tradition and classic design.  With its ivy covered walls and hand-turned scoreboard, Wrigley Field is so well known and loved by Chicagoans that the surrounding area around it is fondly referred to as Wrigleyville.

So if you’re heading to the windy city, be sure to make your alliance known with Cubs merchandise.  On the WantACode Chicago Cubs page,

Let the Phillies Feel Your Love

As a team with the distinct honor of having lost the most games of any team in the history of professional sports, it’s a challenge for the average baseball fan to support the Philadelphia Phillies.  However, much like the middle child, the Phillies are often overlooked, but still have a lot to offer.

The Philadelphia Phillies hold the title of being the oldest continuous, one-name, one-city team in the League.  With so much change happening in the world, it’s nice to know there’s at least one thing you can count on.  And it’s no wonder the Phillies have remained loyal to the city of brotherly love.  A city so rich in American history deserves a team that embodies the very definition of determination—a long celebrated American characteristic that dates back to our
