In a shrill and slightly apologetic voice, I call my most computer-savvy friend every time I hit a wall where I can’t figure something out that I need. It’s that time of year again, where you give thanks to the woman that carried you into this world; Mother’s Day! So what do you give the woman who gave you life? Traditionally, that gift has been flowers.

Flowers are a reminder of the beauty in life; perhaps even a microcosm of life itself. They start off as buds, and over time, bloom into their full potential, just like people.
