Let Sears Outlet Be Your Outlet to 4th of July Fun
I grew up in what some would call a small town. Every 4th, we’d all make our way over to the high school’s football stadium for the fireworks. The fireworks themselves were never as good as we had hoped, but it was fun to see everyone—tanned and carefree, wearing the summer well. I always looked forward to those nights.
Now, it’s not quite as easy to have such simple delights. We need more than fireworks and some old friends to make this 4th of July special. And what could spice up this anniversary better than finding some incredible deals on much needed items for a greatly anticipated celebration?
Of course, everything needs to start with a little preparation. So, be sure to make your backyard spectacular with a state-of-the-art lawn mower. Sears Outlet has amazing
Shopping For New Dads
Father’s Day is fast approaching, and this year I’m more excited than most, for two reasons.
1) My Dad (and Mom) are both visiting me, so we can actually celebrate in person this year and I don’t have to remember to send a card on time. I always manage to be late on that!
2) My older brother is a new Dad this year! This is great news for me because I get to spoil my nephew rotten and then hand him back to my brother or sister-in-law to deal with tears or soiled diapers. Yuk.

My brother isn’t too fussy about style—a tee shirt and
Word to Your Mother
It’s that time of year again, where you give thanks to the woman that carried you into this world; Mother’s Day! So what do you give the woman who gave you life? Traditionally, that gift has been flowers.

And mothers are the ones who really watch that process with love, regarding the growth of their children with tenderness and pride. And so it makes sense that mothers should receive flowers for Mother’s Day…but which kind? Roses tend to be thought of as romantic, daisies have a child-like whimsy…what is the right arrangement for a mother?
The first thing to consider is that it is spring.
